Online Training from ADTS gives you convenient, Web-based, 24/7 access to driver safety education, helping protect your drivers and your bottom line. Through the efficiencies of online delivery, you can: reduce training time and costs by keeping drivers on the job, track driver compliance and results, and reduce liability by documenting your safety efforts. Our online training applications are compliant with SCORM standards, so you can easily share and import the data to a third-party learning management system (LMS).

ADTS currently offers three Online Training options.

Online Training Modules with Testing
ADTS online training modules combine animation, graphics and audio to make the learning dynamic, interactive and engaging. A test measures retention, while a tracking system logs drivers’ scores.  Three titles are currently available:

  • Types of Collisions
This training module reviews the most common types of crashes and their causes, with practical advice on how to prevent and avoid each. Topics include rear-end collisions, parking lot crashes, intersection collisions, and highway crashes.

  • Impaired Driving
This course educates drivers about the dangers of operating a vehicle after drinking alcohol or taking drugs, including many prescription and over-the-counter medications. Topics include how alcohol affects the physical and cognitive skills needed to drive safely, practical alternatives to impaired driving, and how to spot and avoid other drivers who may be under the influence.

Online Post-Incident Coaching
ADTS provides your driver with access to an online coaching module that focuses on the specific incident he or she was involved in, helping the employee to learn from the event and avoid a reoccurrence. The module provides specific strategies for reducing the risk of this type of incident in the future, along with a test that measures retention. The online coaching module is an effective way to document the safety training intervention for the employee’s file. Online Testing for OnRoads Magazine
This package includes six bimonthly issues of our OnRoads driver safety publication, along with Web-based access to a test covering the content in each issue. Drivers log in, take the test, and automatically receive a score. For each incorrect answer, your driver is linked to the passage from OnRoads with the correct information, helping increase retention. Reports help you track which drivers have taken the test, their scores, and other data.
