ADTS, Inc.
June 2006
June 11, 2006 – Phil Moser, National Sales Manager for Advanced Driver Training Services, Inc. (ADTS), will present a driver safety session at Safety 2006, the national conference of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), June 11 – 14 in Seattle, Washington. As part of the conference “Expo Education” program, Moser will present “New Vehicle Safety Technology” on Tuesday, June 13 at 10:45 a.m. ADTS is among the many suppliers exhibiting at the ASSE conference.
“Vehicle crashes are the leading cause of worker deaths in the U.S.” Moser says. “By understanding how vehicle safety technologies work, business drivers can use them effectively to protect themselves and their passengers.” Moser will review new developments and proper use of safety features such as seat belts, child restraints, air bags, anti-lock brake systems, electronic stability control, and the latest vehicle-to-vehicle systems designed to reduce crashes that result from a driver’s blind spot.
Moser is a regular guest speaker at industry conferences and meetings of trade organizations such as the ASSE, the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA), the Risk & Insurance Managers Society (RIMS), and the American Fleet Leasing Association (AFLA). A graduate of the Pennsylvania State Police Academy, he was an accident investigation and reconstruction specialist with the Lower Providence (PA) Police Department for 11 years before joining ADTS.
