Typically, a driver who has a crash is likely to have a similar incident within a relatively short period of time. To minimize that likelihood, turn to ADTS Post-Incident Coaching. We offer two forms of Post-Incident Coaching, both designed to help your driver avoid a similar incident by identifying the contributing factors and providing targeted recommendations for improvement.

Online Post-Incident Coaching
ADTS provides your driver with access to an online coaching module that focuses on the specific incident he or she was involved in, helping the employee to learn from the event and avoid a reoccurrence. The module provides specific strategies for reducing the risk of this type of incident in the future, along with a test that measures retention. The online coaching module is an effective way to document the safety training intervention for the employee’s file.

One-On-One Post-Incident Coaching
An ADTS instructor contacts your driver to personally discuss the incident and suggest strategies for avoiding a reoccurrence, then provides an appropriate online training module and test on the problem areas discussed. Your driver completes the module and test online. Managers receive test scores and activity reports for each driver who receives coaching.
